I conceived thru IUI and had an abortion and now trying again.....?

Hi..I am 26 yrs old and my husband is 31.I recently conceived thru IUI on 3rd attempt,but had to abort as there was no cardiac pulse detected till the 9th week.What are my success rates on this as i plan to continue my iui after a month again?will i be able to have a healthy pregnancy if i conceive again?
