I think im having sinus drainage? plz read on..?

Well i dont know what the heck is going on..lately i have been feeling like theres a lump in my throat..im only 14 so dont say its cancer.....and dont scare me either..anyways sinus problems run through my family and what im wondering : is this sinus drainage making it feel like theres a lump in my throat? its annoying...mom says its all in my head......it could be anxiety but i dunno i need advicee . thanks.
