Should I buy the 38K Miles Scion TC 2007 in 14K ( from dealer)?

I looked up the website and found this car ( 2007 TC with 38 K miles on it and asking 14K), the car is clear title and in good shape, 2 Doors look sporty nice color. I don't know is it the good buy and is it still value after 5 yrs... I m planning to buy the new car after 5 yrs but now in dealer any new TC cost like 22K, ???
