If you read something and you comprehend 100% of it, would you just have to memorize it to know it?>?

For instance, if I read something 1 time at the normal speed (and get 100% comprehension(, but read it really fast (but not skipping anything and got total recall, would that translate into complete knowledge of the text?) I know that I had ADD and so my reading comprehension was kind of off because of it. But, I have total recall and comprehension eventually. My fastest speed is 1100 wpm and that's not skimming or skipping.
