Our fore fathers did not intend for the federal government to have control over the states, the 14th?

ammendment, was originally made to rid our country of slavery, which was good and necessary, and has served its purpose, it is doubtful that slavery would ever be allowed in any of the states today in modern day America, the 14th ammendment is now being used by our federal government as a means to control all American citizens, it is the defense GW and his staff used as a logical excuse for listening into phone calls and monitering e-mail, it is how administrative agencies are functioning which prevents Americans from going to an actual court until after they've exhausted all remedies through administrative agencies, it interferes with justice, is it time to repeal the 14th since the federal government has perverted the use in which it was originally intended for????
