Measuring 2 cm smaller or bigger than your dates is normal and doesnt indicate a big baby however with your history you should request a growth scan just to be sure. If your midwife wont arrange it see your gp. Brim means the head isnt quite engaged yet. Some people engage at 32 weeks and still go overdue so it doesnt really indicate much. Good luck.
