Do I have an infection after my wisdom teeth removal?

Hey, I had relatively no pain the day of my surgery whether that was due to drugs or not I have no idea. Anyway day 2 was pretty rough and I continued to experience worse pain, sore gums and an increase in swelling. Now day 6 after the extractions I feel no pain whatsoever, a little uncomfortable, yes. Here is my problem, I can pinpoint a spot in my mouth where I am most uncomfortable, I have a terrible taste in my mouth and today stitches started to come out and then something that appeared to be shaped like a seed but was solid and not blood fell out later. I am now bleeding and wondering what is going on here? Thank you for any help in advance!
