Does liquid nail conduct electricity?

Liquid nails will work and you do not need clamps. I have used this product on many things including the eye on my granddaughters teddy bear. Now the only thing with the eye is it deformed it a bit. It was not plastic and if it was it wasn't a very good plastic. Does that make since? I worked in a place that made tv receivers and we glued our boards down with hot glue. That worked well but I don't know how long it last.
