I lost the love of my life after a nervous breakdown. What do I do now?

I am sorry to hear you have been very ill with depression but glad to hear family & friends are helping you through this. My son has been off work for nearly 2 years now, the family & his friends have helped him enormously especially his long term partner she has been absolutely marvellous, so I would say if your boyfriend has left you he isn't the guy for you or he would have stayed to help you through your ill health & ociated problems. I sincerely hope you get better soon.
