I need information on attaining a job in another country and how my education/training would transfer from USA?

I live in the USA, born and raised. I graduated high school, have 12 college credits, and have become a Nationally Registered EMT with all the special certifications and training here. I want to relocate to another country but am unsure where to find information about employment in my field and how equal my education and training would transfer out or if it would at all into another country. Can anyone please offer a website or very specific advice on how to find out about the availability of jobs in the Emergencies Medical Services field like in Europe or Australia, or any other location (obviously outside the USA) where the primary language is still English (other than maybe Canada because it's too cold and snowy for me)?
