What is the chance of snow in the area for tomorrow?

I would like to have a beautiful snowy day tomorrow at my cousins house. No school already so that's not an issue but my family drove for a whole day just to visit my cousins. They live in Portland Oregon. Wondering if we'll have a snowy day :) I checked weather reports already and the lows for tonight (in portland) are around 37 degrees. i also looked and for it to snow it only has to be 32 degrees when the snow forms but if the atmosphere is 37 degrees it will still snow but melt when it hits the ground. Could this happen tomorrow?
