What theutic regimen should we try now?
I've read that some treatments for spastic CP include Botox treatments to loosen the muscles with some successes. This is treatment that has not been highly touted because the success is very individual. My daughter has CP, she is ambulatory and I've had success going through Shriner's hospitals. Don't know if you live in the US but they do serve children worldwide. Therapies for children with CP are time consuming and unfortunately are necessary in order to keep the muscles limber and to prevent both atrophy and contractures. I wish there were a better way but a consultation at a Shriner's hospital is your best bet. Good luck in your endeavors.
