Interesting information. It's definitely hypocritical that America want democracy yet sometimes denies an organization that is ruled in by the majority. I'd like to see more humanitarian efforts in Gaza on the part of Israel and other international communities, so that the Palestinians best option isn't an organization that wants to blow Israel into the sea. I've spoken with Palestinians who have been terrorized by Hamas themselves, so the Palestinians fear in Hamas might have also played a role in them getting elected. Of course Palestinians have the right to fight for their land, but so do the Israelis, and if the Palestinians want to fight with missiles so will the Israelis, and who do you think will win?
