IS THERE ANY WAY TO GET AROUND A TEN YEAR BAR IF DEPORTED?

My fiance was deported back to his country in El Salvador about 6 months ago after being here illegally in us for more than 10 years. He was deported for some non violent crime he committed when he was 22 years old. (not a felony) My son and I just came back from a 3 month stay in El Salvador but we would like to help him come back asap. Is there any was of getting around the ten year bar. Thank you.
