Republicans: how can you complain about Obama when you are pursuing an absolute tyranny over the states?

I guess I shouldn't answer this, because I'm a liberal, but I don't think your argument is valid. That section of the Declaration of Independence refers to the British creation of a "Reserve" for the Native American groups to the West of the original 13 colonies into which new settlement was not allowed. To compare that to current immigration law is highly flawed, given that current law has nothing to do with trying to populate an area to get rid of its native inhabitants. Furthermore, saying that something is a fact because it's in the Declaration of Independence is incorrect, as it is a doent that is still based on opinion (in this case, one which is not particularly related to your thesis).
