Why is he getting away with everything?

he committed adultery, and now that he's divorced, he sleeps around with many women unprotected just, because he knows he has had a vasectomy. he doesn't acknowledge God let alone pick up a Bible, and once he told me he went to church just to meet another woman to sleep with. he has no respect for women let alone himself. why does he get away with such horrible things? why doesn't God punish him?
