What is the most beautiful town in Ireland?

I scheduled to meet a friend in Kells for 2 days out of my one week Ireland vacation. But that's not going to happen now and I"m trying to figure out how I should spend those 2 days I have. My entire week is packed with friends and thinking it would be a good idea if I took this time out for myself. Trying to figure out what town I should look into, want something beautiful, traditional, gaelic speaking, countryside....
